KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION – PLEASE READ

Festival on the Farm are delighted to be one of the first Festivals to go ahead in 2021 after the easing of Covid restrictions on July 19th. Our event supports many local bands and small traders who have been hit hard by the pandemic and supports our organic farm. And, of course, it’s a valuable community asset where friends and family can meet up and relax after an incredibly stressful time.

However, Coronavirus is still with us and we all have a responsibility to reduce the risk of new vaccine-resistant variants emerging and to protect the vulnerable in our society. For this reason, we ask for your help, where you can, by taking the following precautions:

  1. Please take a Lateral Flow Test before coming to the Festival and don’t come if you test positive or if you have symptoms of Covid – we will refund your ticket. Please do the test even if you have been double vaccinated. Tests can be obtained easily on-line at https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests or at many local pharmacies.

  2. If you have already purchased tickets and test positive for Covid-19, a refund will be given on production of proof of the positive test, up to 10 days before or on the day of the valid ticket.

  3. Please download the NHS Test and Trace App on your phone https://covid19.nhs.uk and check in with our QR code on arrival.

  4. Bring your own hand sanitiser and use it regularly during your stay. We will also have sanitiser and hand washing facilities on site.

  5. Please continue to use social distancing with anyone outside your household or bubble. We have increased the size of our marquees and the dance area.

  6. Please wear a mask if you can in enclosed areas such as the Farm Shop, Beer Tent and Vintage Tea Tent and when using the portaloos.

  7. We will display further signage at the event on how to keep everyone safe.

Thank you for your help and let’s make Festival on the Farm 2021 the safest and best small, local Festival ever!
