REFUNDS

All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced or damaged tickets or wristbands can not be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please take care of them!


ADMISSION

CAMPSITE OPENS THURSDAY AT 3pm - ARENA OPENS FRIDAY AT 4pm.



The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival team. Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.

Children aged 16 and under and Teen Ticket holders will not be admitted unless accompanied by a responsible adult, and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. Accompanying adults must hold a valid ticket. The contact number for the adult responsible for the child/teen will be written on the children's wristbands at the box office. In the case of any incident or emergency involving a teen or child, that person will be contacted.



DOGS

Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times. Loud music can damage animals' hearing - please be conscious of your dog's sensitivity to excessive noise and be kind to your pooch. Please keep your pet hydrated - there are water points in the arena and camping areas - make sure they have enough to drink and shade if needed. Please make sure you clean up dog poop thoroughly - there are hundreds of children playing on the site. Give the grass a squirt of water if you can. Do your Dog a favour and think twice about whether the festival is the right environment for your pet.

FOOD & DRINK

You may bring a reasonable amount of food and drink to the Festival site for your own consumption. There are, however, some great Food Stalls and a reasonably priced cash licensed bar in the Arena. Bar staff will only serve alcohol to those aged 18+. We operate a challenge 25 policy.

Please respect our neighbours when you are exiting the Festival site.

GLASS

STRICTLY NO GLASS onsite as it is a working Farm. We will have our ECO CUPS for sale again this year. Buy one and keep for next year!

PLASTIC

Please make every effort to put your plastic and other recyclables in the bins provided. We are endeavoring to reduce our waste as much as possible and ensure we recycle the maximum amount of materials. Please do your bit!

LITTER

Please place all litter in the waste or recycling bins provided or please take your litter home. We are a working farm so please leave the site as you have found it.

SECURITY

Bag checks may be operating at all entrances.

FIRES AND BARBEQUES

No open fires, barbeques or other cooking equipment to be used on the Festival site, unless an authorised trader. 

No knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, poles or other items that could cause harm to other festival-goers, staff or traders. The festival has a zero tolerance policy on drugs. 

 

OUR DRUGS POLICY

NO drugs to be brought on site. Anyone found in the possession of drugs will be asked to leave the site and/or the police will be called.

Also please note:
The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited, without express permission of the Artist/s. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival. Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner’s risk. The Festival does not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles. 



All activities undertaken within the Festival are at the individual's own risk. No liability shall be accepted by Festival on the Farm for loss or injury.


Festival-goers are responsible for safe-guarding property, the organisers have no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property.


In the event of cancellation of the Festival by the event organisers, the responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only.


Children under 13 will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket and remain the responsibility of that accompanying adult at all times.
